Bisolvon 100 ml
COMPOSITION: Bromhexine 300 mg. Excipients qs 100 ml.
ACTION: Bronchial secretolytic. Expectorant action: Increases the removal of mucus to the outside. Strengthening of the body’s own defenses, increasing the concentration of Gamaglobulin in the mucus by more than 20% and thus reinforces the immune defenses in the respiratory tract. Double to triple increase in antibiotic concentration in pulmonary secretion. The simultaneous administration of Bisolvón and antibiotics / sulfonamides increases the concentration of the active substance by 2 to 3 times. Mucolytic action and secretolysis: Marked decrease in mucus viscosity. The rarification and fragmentation of the MPSa fibers (acid mucopolysaccharides) obtained by Bisolvón, produces a decrease in the initial viscosity. Antitussive action: By interrupting the dry cough and promoting a productive cough.
